TVS-UK offers a two types of support services but both are a 24 hour service.
Option 1: FREE 24hr phone support and call out service. We aim to be onsite within 6 hours of any call out if you have any problems with our kit.
Option 2: You can pay for an engineer to be onsite 24hrs a day Monday to Friday which gives you piece of mind knowing if there are any problems they will be rectified within 10 minutes of notifying the engineer.
